Two of the six API 610 VS4 pumps are pour level depressant pumps that are 18m in size and the opposite four are methanol lift pumps that are 10m lengthy.
หลักการทำงานของเกจ์วัดแก๊ส of the pumps have PT100 temperature sensors which have been designed and constructed alongside the length of the pumps to observe the temperature of every bearing individually.
The 18m long pumps incorporate a supporting system of brackets that Amarinth has designed which attaches each pump to its tank throughout installation guaranteeing that because the pump is lowered into the tank it remains perfectly aligned, lowering vibration and put on throughout operation.
Once assembled, the pumps were independently witness tested and licensed by DNV at Amarinth’s facility in Rendlesham, UK. The pumps were then disassembled into 3m segments and shipped to Singapore the place the FPSO (floating manufacturing storage and offloading unit) is being built.
The pump supply and installation had to align with the FPSO build schedule. Because of the length of the pumps, they had to be put in into the vessel’s tanks through the deck earlier than one other deck above the pumps could probably be constructed. The first phase was accomplished efficiently over the Christmas interval with Amarinth’s Engineering Commissioning team supporting the shopper with the installation and commissioning.
The FPSO might be positioned in the KG-DWN 98/2 field, approximately 22 km off the east coast of Kakinada, India. The vessel is designed to provide up to 90 000 barrels of oil per day (BOPD) and have a 1.3-million-barrel storage facility. It might be outfitted to handle the monsoon situations prevalent at the field.
