The new Parque das Baleias (Whale Park) floating manufacturing, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel which is heading to Brazil shall be equipped with Sulzer water injection pumps.

Due to be located seventy seven km offshore from Espirito Santo, Brazil, the Whale Park FPSO will function in 1,400 m deep waters, processing one hundred,000 barrels of oil and 5 million cubic metres of natural gas per day. First oil on deck is focused by 2024.
Sulzer has a long-standing relationship with the engineering procurement and building (EPC) company concerned within the venture.
